Brief Synsopsis:
Eleven years ago when Annie Solomon slipped away in the night, everyone had something to prove.
Today, they each have something to hide.

It's been more than a decade since Helen's world unraveled; her teenage daughter, Annie, ran away from home never to return alive. Now, eleven years later, Helen has come to help her friend Pat prepare for her own daughter's wedding—a right of passage Helen will never enjoy. Despite their best efforts, these two women cannot avoid the long-held regrets, unspoken disappointments and hidden betrayals of their shared past.

In a brisk 90 minutes, this drama explores the deterioration of a
30-year friendship between two women sparked by the death of a teenage child. The Personal Effects of Annie Solomon is an exploration of guilt, letting not one of its central characters off the hook for a tragedy in which they each played their part . . . eleven long years ago.
